This is a beautiful essential oil blend consisting of Lavender, Lemongrass, Clary Sage, Mandarin, Patchouli, Cedar, German and Roman Chamomiles, Neroli, Petitgrain and Ylang Ylang. All wonderful oils to help you ground and relax. These oils calm the nerves, and invite the soul to slumber. I like to use this in a diffuser when I need some help relaxing, and in the bedroom during the night to help me sleep. These oils are also very skin nourishing and are lovely when a few drops are added to your regular body lotion.
